Forgiveness and Healing Workshop (1)

Let's talk about how we can harness our minds, let's connect with our intuition and help each other connect to a deeper level of awareness and learning. This evening will be centered on ways to connect with our own inner knowledge and work on dissolving emotional triggers from past relationships (romantic and otherwise).  We will work individually as well in pairs to help us practice tools and techniques that can provide ways to release unwanted thoughts and emotions.
